6/27/2012 - Col Eric Bee, 24th Air Force Staff Judge Advocate, and Senior Master Sgt Jeff Julig, 24th Air Force Legal Office superintendent, brief members of 24th Air Force on cyber legal issues. Bee stressed the importance to Air Force leadership of raising awareness on cyber law. "Senior cyber leaders will have to make decisions within challenging legal and policy constraints in their future jobs... it's important for them to be familiar with these issues," he said. The Air Force's Cyber legal team provided the majority of the planning and instruction for the Cyber Law Basic Course, taught at Maxwell AFB, as well as developing substantial blocks of legal instruction for the Cyber 200 and 300 courses at the Air Force Institute of Technology Center for Cyberspace Research. Additionally, the AFCYBER legal team leverages other JAGs in the field to teach cyber blocks of instruction. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Scott McNabb)
