Chief Master Sergeant Quinton H. Otto is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 689th Combat Communications Wing, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He is the principal advisor to the commander and staff on all operational and enlisted force matters influencing the health, welfare, morale, and effective utilization of assigned enlisted personnel. The 689th Combat Communications Wing is responsible for an expeditionary cyber operations mission that encompasses more than $600 million worth of deployable equipment and 1,500 active duty Airmen who provide combat communications and air traffic control and landing systems capabilities in permissive and non-permissive contingency environments.
Chief Otto entered the Air Force in June 1987 and completed basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. His background includes various duties in security forces, communications and as a first sergeant.
